I pretty much love every kind of pasta in existence but I do have my favorites: bucatini, linguini and capellini (angel hair) when it comes to noods, and carbonara and cacio e pepe when it comes to home-made “sauces”. However, I do love any kind of bold ragu (like oxtail) or funghi-based sauce 🤤 And don’t get me started on stuffed pastas, nooooom!
